Nett Effect Investment Holdings Pty LTD (trading as Nett Effect Ventures) is an advisory and investment services business operating out of Johannesburg, South Africa.
Our long-term aspiration is to make Africa a better place, one entity at a time, by transforming ordinary entities into extra-ordinary engines of value, growth and prosperity in Africa. We plan to achieve our dream by offering strategy facilitation services, strategic due diligence and turnarounds/work-out services to public and private enterprises operating in Africa, in addition to taking equity positions in commercial enterprises whose economic value generation challenges can benefit from our core strengths.
Our point of difference lies in our ability to cut through complexity and drill down to the essence of what it takes to win as well as our ability to see what everybody else sees, but think and do different things with what we see. We measure our success not in terms of our outputs, but in terms of how well our customers are doing with the help of our outputs.
